Music

Several studies recently disclosed benefits of listening to classical music. It shows that it helps the brain relax, helps with sleep patterns, the immune system and stress levels.
University in France issued an article, “Learning and Individual Differences.” In the research, they found that students who listened one-hour lecture while classical music was played in the background
scored significantly higher in a quiz on the lecture compared to a similar group of students who
heard the lecture with no music.

Also, studies show that listening to music before bedtime helped people fall asleep faster and stay sleep longer. Brahms, Handel, Mozart, Strauss and Bach
created effective sleep aids because they use rhythms and tonal patterns that create a meditative mood
and slow brainwaves, the study found.
