Feeling no pain
This blog is about a girl who has a rare disease called congenital insensitivity where she can not feel pain. The article also said that she take 3 to 4 hours longer to heal when she gets a cut or scrape. I feel like this is a cool disorder because you never feel pain but at he same time you won't know when you are getting hurt, which can hurt you more in the long run.

It is interesting how she can feel no pain and goes about her daily life
ReplyDeleteThere is an episode of House about a CIPA patient (the episode is called insensitivity). The episode is super fascinating but I am glad this disease is as rare as it is.
