This article talks about the art of perception when it comes to food. Things like color, and shape can actually play a huge role in how someone rates the taste of something. While something like shape, and taste may seem completely unrelated, studies show otherwise. For example, one study showed that when people were served hot chocolate in orange mugs, they felt that the drink had a richer, more intense chocolatey flavor. It's extremely interesting to find out that much more goes into your order at a restaurant than just how the food is cooked.
