Body Language

Something I always found interesting was being able to read someone's body language. Body language refers to the nonverbal signals that we use to communicate. According to experts, these nonverbal signals make up a huge part of daily communication. From our facial expressions to our body movements, the things we don't say can still convey volumes of information.

Body language is important because, it can show the people around you the type of mood you are in without you even talking. Your entire body participates in the business of either showing or hiding your mental state. To control that display means you have to control your body's unconscious cues.

The best way to improve body language is to practice. Practicing good body language during ordinary everyday activities is the best way. Learning to control the cues you communicate to others will make you look and feel better.
